06-29-2005 WebPAS 4.0 New 2-Way Email Integration Simplifies Order and Placement Communications
ATLANTA, GA -- June 29, 2005 -- VCG Inc., the developer of WebPAS and StaffSuite software solutions for leading staffing companies, today announced the release of WebPAS 4.0, the newest version of its recruiting and staffing software. WebPAS 4.0 includes a number of exciting new features designed to dramatically improve production and operational efficiency for recruiting and staffing firms. Chief among these is WebPAS's new bi-directional email integration with Microsoft Outlook.
When an email is received into a user's MS Outlook, they can select a specific email or multiple emails and with a single click, copy the email into WebPAS. Additionally, new candidate profiles are generated from the email if appropriate. This feature benefits all users as the information is instantly available to everyone concerned with placing or filling a client's order. Most importantly, it provides recruiters and staffing managers a complete historical record of all electronic communications with clients or candidates related to specific orders or placements.
VCG went one step further with email integration and enhanced email capabilities to include other users, including the sender, as recipients of the outbound email. Users can also set up reminders of an activity to be addressed before sending the email.

In the new release, WebPAS 4.0 has enhanced permissions that increase security and protect the status of a profile. This feature enables clients to comply with approaching deadlines enacted by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Also, the permissions provide a higher level of security for public companies. All PayBill fields and profile-type permissions can now be switched from 'all access' to 'partial access' by entity, allowing only specified users to view sensitive information.
Additional enhancements include comprehensive PayBill fields, further reducing the effort and time required to accomplish payroll and billing tasks. More robust query functionality narrows user searches, saving valuable time.
