First Webinar Focuses on Hiring for Sales Effectiveness

The series, launching on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. PDT, will kick off with the topic "Hiring for Sales Effectiveness," presented by Dave Stein, CEO of ES Research Group (www.esresearch.com) and author of the best-selling book, How Winners Sell. Stein also contributes a monthly column to Sales & Marketing Management magazine.
In this seminar, Stein will discuss how to:
- How to recognize the four challenges of hiring sales staff
- How to spot the key skills and traits of top sales performers
- How to use the 15-step guideline for hiring a sales staff
In addition to the Webinar, attendees will receive related content on the Webinar topic as well as the opportunity to participate and receive the results of a staffing and recruiting sales effectiveness survey.
Stein will follow-up his presentation with a Webinar entitled, "Developing a Winning Sales Methodology" on Oct. 31st.
