ATLANTA, GA (April 13, 2006) VCG Inc., the developer of StaffSuite and WebPAS software solutions for leading staffing companies, today announced results of an analysis indicating that its customers put an estimated 1.8 million people to work in 2005 approximately 15 percent of the total contingent and contract workforce of 12.1 million according to The American Staffing Associations (ASA) Quarterly Employment and Sales Survey.
VCG was able to determine how many people its contingent staffing customers put to work by a careful analysis of available actual operational data from a broad cross section of customers representing more than half of VCGs customer base. In addition, literally tens of thousands of people were recruited and placed on long-term contract or full-time employment positions by VCG customers.
