12-21-2005 VCG Gives Business Students Inside Look at Operations

David McCullough, Director of Operations, partners with Georgia's Kennesaw State University business class to offer real-world experience.

ATLANTA, GA (December 21, 2005) VCG Inc., the developer of StaffSuite and WebPAS software solutions for leading staffing companies, today announced that David McCullough, Director of Operations for VCG, has completed a semester-long partnership with a Kennesaw State University (KSU) operations management class, enabling tomorrow's leaders to learn first-hand how to manage business operations effectively.

Kevin Hamilton, KSU student and group participant, states that, "Working with VCG was a great learning experience for my group. The entire operations management team was very accommodating to our needs. The VCG community seems to be a tightly knit group and we learned a lot about how important a company's processes are to its success."

Students immersed themselves in VCG's products, including process flow, development and sales. The group's core focus, however, was VCG's operations department including software implementation, migration and support services. KSU business students got the opportunity to work as a group in a project designed to educate them on operations management and to offer feedback on VCG's current business operation processes.
