Carlson says that StaffSuite's time-stamped activity notes are critical from a legal standpoint for reporting unemployment insurance activities.
StaffSuite's 200-plus pre-defined, customizable Crystal reports enable Carlson to benchmark and monitor staff performance. For example, Carlson added calculations to a standard lost revenue report to pinpoint lost revenue and proactively assess the information.
"I can go back to my recruiters and sales team and tell them what business we lost to competitors," Carlson, says. "This enables me to evaluate what processes are working well and what needs to be fixed."

"The recruiters are very positive about StaffSuite," Doane says. "They find the software easy to use and can pull information out of the database quickly. Also, it enables seamless client management. If a recruiter is out sick, another team member can pick up the ball and close the business."

Clients can go to the Web site and view candidate profiles and post job orders, further expediting the recruiting process.
With plans to open a new office this year and more offices in the future, Suburban Staffing is prepared for growth with StaffSuite's 'anytime, anywhere' capability. For example, Suburban Staffing recently hired a scientific recruiter based out of Florida to join their team. Carlson says that the new recruiter will work from a home office with complete access to the StaffSuite database and StaffSuite WorldLink module.
