VCG Software Customers Wrap-Up 2010 User Meeting With a “Focus On The Future”.
VCG customers see continued staffing and recruiting business improvement as they complete User Meeting learning and networking experience.
Atlanta, GA, May 13, 2010. Amidst sure signs from economists and news reports that the toughest recession in decades is waning, VCG held its most recent User Meeting at the newly renovated Marriott Atlanta Buckhead Hotel and Conference Center. The theme this year, “Focus On The Future,” was chosen with a clear vision of looking forward to the ongoing improvement in business and how VCG’s leading staffing and recruiting software helps manage business successfully.
Along with sessions on new product innovations, there were a number of “how to” sessions that gave attendees insight on tips and techniques for their software. Follow-up surveys of customers showed that what attendees learned at the meeting was extremely valuable to them. “Discovering how Pointwing’s new Smart Match is used and can improve our resume search results was eye-opening,” noted one customer. VCG was pleased to welcome partners Inward Solutions, PeopleNet, Skylight Financial, and The TransForm Group, who co-sponsored the event. Sessions by these sponsors showed customers the benefits of their offerings used in conjunction with their staffing software, or as one customer said, “…this (VCG partner) is going to save us a lot of time and money.”
Additionally, 91 percent of attendees said that networking with their peers was important to them. As one customer put it, “Networking with others who are on the same software, I always go back to the office with great practical ideas and resources that I can call on in the future.”
Across the board, attendees were consistent in their praise for the value they gained from the meeting. Fully 97 percent stated that, based on their experience and what they learned at the meeting, they would plan to attend again. As the economy continues to improve, it is a sure bet that VCG customers who have invested in learning how to leverage the use of their staffing and recruiting software by attending the User Meeting will have an advantage in their market.
